Cloth was precious in eras when people were not so rich as today. Women reused cloths again and again ,sewing small pieces togather or patching and strengthing cloths that were worn out. This needlework has been imparted as " Patchwork Quilt" even in the era when people became richer and cloth became easier to get. "Patchwork Quilt" is still loved by many women all over the world,for anyone can make it with only cloth and needles.  We also were charmed by this "Patchwork Quilt" and have been acting to make it popular. Besides, we have wanted to do something for others with it. And now, we set up "NPO Quilt 21". We are going to send our Quilts to children who are suffering from desaster, sickness and poverty. We`d like to support them through our Quilts. We also aim to go hand in hand with persons and groups who have same will.  |
